Protection and  processing of personal data

As of 25 May 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE, (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") went into force.

The company AMNAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with headquarters in Prandocin-Iły 62A, informs that from May 25, 2018, you will have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data.

At the same time, pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR, we would like to inform you that from May 25, 2018 on, the following information and rules related to the processing of your personal data will be valid.

  1. The controller of your personal data is AMNAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ hereinafter referred to as the controller.
  2. Your personal data will be processed:
    1. in order to provide you with information and accounting documents related to the services provided (hosting, marketing and other),
    2. in order to send information and marketing content to you, upon your consent - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 sec. 1(f)) of the GDPR; the Controller's legitimate interest consists of sending you marketing content during the period of providing services to you by electronic means or by post
    3. for the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions, including tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. (1)(c) of the GDPR,
    4. for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 sec. 1(f)) of the GDPR, the Controller's legitimate interest is to analyze the results of the conducted business activity,
    5. in order to implement the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6 sec. 1(f) of GDPR,
  3. The recipients of your personal data may be:
    1. providers of IT systems, hosting and IT services,
    2. entities providing the Controller with accounting, debt recovery, legal, analytical and marketing services,
    3. postal operators and couriers,
    4. operators of electronic payment systems and banks in the scope of payment processing.
    5. bodies authorized to receive your personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  4. The controller will not transfer your personal data to third countries.
  5. Personal data will be processed:
    1. in the case of personal data processed in order to conclude and execute sales contracts - for the duration necessary to perform all obligations under the sales contracts,
    2. in the case of personal data processed in order to provide you with electronic services - for the duration of the provision of electronic services to you,
    3. in the case of personal data processed in order to send marketing content to you by the Controller - until you object to the processing of personal data in this regard,
    4. in the case referred to in section 3(d) above - for the duration of the provision of electronic services to you
    5. in the case referred to in section 3(e) above - until the expiry of the limitation period for claims. After this period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by the provisions of law, including accounting regulations.
  6. Your personal data will be profiled.
  7. Each of the expressed consents can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. For evidence purposes, the Controller asks for submitting the withdrawal of consent in writing to the address (AMNAT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Prandocin-Iły 62A) or in electronic form (by email to the address -------------------).
  8. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and submit a complaint to the supervisory body regarding the protection of personal data.
  9. You have the right to transfer the data, which includes the right to receive the data and send it to another controller or to request, if technically possible, to send this data directly to another controller.
  10. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of electronic services to you or to concluding and executing sales contracts. Not providing personal data required by the Controller results in the inability to provide electronic services or conclude sales contracts.
  11. Each visitor to this website may be assigned a User-ID number as part of Google Analytics and Google adWords services. In this scope, your data may be further processed by GOOGLE IRELAND LIMITED, Address: 1ST & 2ND FLOOR, GORDON HOUSE, BARROW STREET, DUBLIN 4.

COOKIE POLICY

Expressing consent to the installation of cookies by the website during each visit to the website could be annoying. Pursuant to the amendment to the Telecommunications Law, the internet user may give their consent through the appropriate settings of the web browser. From the moment of obtaining this information, the decision to use the website without changing the browser settings is treated as a conscious choice of the user.

  1. This website does not automatically gather any information, with the exception of the information contained in the cookies.
  2. The so-called cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are designed to facilitate using the subpages of the Website. Mobile applications and cookies As in the case of the website, the User of the Service Operator's mobile application is informed about the use of files similar to how cookies work in the web browser.

Such files are designed to facilitate, among others, saving information about User preferences as well as application settings.

A message informing about the use of such files is displayed on the pages from which the Website Operator's applications can be legally downloaded, i.e. in stores of mobile operating system producers.

The installation and use of the Website Operator's mobile applications downloaded from any source is treated as consent to the storage of files similar to cookies on the User's end device.

In the absence of consent to the above-mentioned, the User should stop using the application and remove it from the end device.

Deleting, disabling storage, restoring the storage of cookies

Cookies in web browsers In the browser options, select the option of the privacy settings:

Google Chrome The default settings of Google Chrome allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings you have to:

  • click on the "Google Chrome Settings" menu and select "Settings";
  • click on "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the page;
  • select the "Content settings" option in the "Privacy" options;
  • select the desired settings;
  • to enter special settings for a given website, click "Manage exceptions" and choose your own settings for particular websites;
  • to confirm the changes, click the "Done" button.

Microsoft Internet Explorer The default settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer allow the storage of cookies, but block files that may come from websites that do not have the privacy policy. To change the settings you have to:

  • click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options";
  • select the "Privacy" tab;
  • use the slider to set the desired level of settings (the highest blocks cookies completely, the lowest allows the storage of all cookies);

OR:

  • click the "Advanced" button and choose the required settings yourself;
  • to enter special settings for a given website, click "Websites" and choose your own settings for the websites;
  • confirm the changes with the "OK" button.

Mozilla Firefox The default settings of Mozilla Firefox allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings you have to:

  • click on the "Tools" menu (in other versions: click the "Firefox" button) and select "Options";
  • then select the "Privacy" tab and select the required settings;
  • to apply special settings for a given website, click "Exceptions" and choose your own settings for particular websites;
  • confirm the changes with the "OK" button.

Opera The default settings of the Opera browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings you have to:

  • click on "Preferences", select "Advanced" and then "Cookies";
  • select the desired settings;
  • to enter special settings for a given website, go to the selected website, right-click on it, select "Website preferences" and go to the "Cookies" tab and then enter the desired settings;
  • confirm the changes with the "OK" button.

Safari Safari's default settings allow the storage of the cookies. To change the settings you have to:

  • in the "Safari" menu, select the "Preferences" option;
  • click the "Privacy" icon;
  • select the desired settings;
  • to enter special settings for a given website, click "Details" and choose your own settings for particular websites.

Cookies in Adobe Flash Player Adobe Flash Player software is used to enable the User to access multimedia data (mp3 podcasts, videos, other data), streaming ("live" broadcasts), programs such as, for example, online games (such that can be played in the web browser), and to deliver advertising to the User. Adobe Flash Player software also uses cookies.
